Job Description
We are a SaaS software company and this role requires you to help hire candidates and manage employees across technical and non-technical departments.
As part of the Human Resource team, your work will include:
- Hire candidates across software engineering, data analysis, project management, sales, marketing, finance, etc. departments
- Use job portals, colleges, LinkedIn, other mediums to source candidates
- Identify relevant profiles for each role
- Take telephonic interviews, schedule video/in-person interviews
- Negotiate salaries, release offer letters, manage employee onboarding process
- Manage employee attendance, leaves
- Manage salary payout with finance team
- Manage employees, resolve their work related issues
- On a half-yearly basis, take one-on-one interviews with employees
- 2 or more years of experience as an HR executive in a software/IT/technology company
- Self-starter who can take ownership of the entire human resource process
- Ability to plan and execute hiring plan with the help of internal stakeholders
- A high level of empathy towards people and excellent communication skills
